Big Brother housemates air frustrations during task

The remaining housemates of Big Brother 2023 have vented their frustrations in a task, leading to friction in the house.

During tonight's task (October 29), the cast were told that in order to win various treats from Big Brother's 'Venting Machine', they had to pay by airing their gripes with other housemates.

Kerry wanted sour cream and onion crisps, and chose to vent about Dylan's cooking: "I f**king hate chicken on the bone, I hate that everything's spicy."

Olivia also took aim at Dylan – but it was his toilet seat etiquette that she rinsed:

"Dylan needs to put the f**king toilet seat down, it's disgusting," she said.

On a more serious note, Paul said: "I'm sick to death of fake ass people," and then defended his late-night antics that keep people up when they're trying to sleep: "I'm sick of people who just want to go to sleep when you're on Big Brother."

Dylan hit back at housemates ranting about his kitchen commandeering, by shouting that he was, "sick of the food situation in this house."

He said: "Everybody thought it would be ok to eat whatever they want when they want... we are sitting with no food for three days," and then added: "If you don't like my cooking get up and cook it yourself."

Trish ruminated on various arguments in the house, saying: "First of all, I'm sick and tired of everybody pretending that you're forward and honest."

She went on to defend her views of feminism, adding: "Secondly, I'm a feminist because I believe in women's rights – but why does that make people uncomfortable?"

Yinrun's venting was a lot more wholesome, as she complained about her housemates' potty mouths: "I have heard more swearing in ten minutes in this house, than ten months in Harrogate."

Following the task, tension in the house seemed higher, with Matty calling Olivia "spoilt" in the Diary Room – it increased further when Paul, Olivia and Tom decided to throw lettuce on Kerry when she was sleeping later that day.

Big Brother airs Sundays to Fridays at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX. Each episode is followed by Big Brother Late & Live at 10pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
