Blast hits Afghan capital Kabul, casualties feared - police
KABUL (Reuters) - An suicide attack hit an area of the Afghan capital Kabul on Thursday, officials and witnesses said, causing casualties among nearby security personnel.
A Reuters reporter saw a police vehicle carrying dead or wounded security personnel, in an area close to a police operation against illegal drug and alcohol dealers.
