Brendan Fraser and Girlfriend Jeanne Moore Attend 2024 Oscars Together a Year After His Big Win
The couple posed arm in arm on the red carpet, just one year after Fraser won his first Academy Award for best actor in 'The Whale'

Brendan Fraser and Jeanne Moore at the 96th Annual Academy AwardsBrendan Fraser and his girlfriend Jeanne Moore are having a cute date night at the 2024 Oscars, just one year after Fraser’s big win.
The couple stepped out for the 96th annual Academy Awards on Sunday at Los Angeles' Dolby Theatre. Fraser wore a classic black and white tuxedo with Moore on his arm in a sparkling blue dress for the biggest night in Hollywood.
The actor, 55, and makeup artist made their red carpet debut at the 79th Venice Film Festival in September 2022. Moore is often by Fraser’s side during awards season and other industry events.
At the 2023 Oscars, Fraser won his first Academy Award for best actor in a leading role for his portrayal of Charlie, a 600-lb. reclusive writing instructor who tries to repair his relationship with his estranged teenage daughter, Ellie, in The Whale.

During his emotional acceptance speech, Fraser made sure to give a shout-out to his three sons, publicist and Moore, who he called his “best first mate.”

Fraser also previously proclaimed his love for Moore at the 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards, where he won outstanding performance by a male actor in a leading role for The Whale.

That night at the 2023 Oscars marked a huge career comeback for Fraser after having been out of the spotlight for years. He first rose to fame in the early '90s and is widely known for his role in The Mummy franchise.

Fraser and ex-wife Afton Smith, who split in December 2007, share three sons. The former couple has continued to co-parent their children together, with Fraser noting in a 2018 GQ interview that his children visit him "all the time."
