Britain’s Got Talent spoilers follow.

Britain’s Got Talent has revealed its penultimate two finalists, with Alex Mitchell and Trixy securing their place in Sunday’s grand final.

Friday’s (May 31) last semi-final saw the remaining eight acts compete for a place in the showpiece event on June 2, with comedian Alex the first act to get their golden ticket after winning the public vote.

This left Trixy and Denise & Stefan to battle it out for the penultimate spot, with the initial decision being in the hands of the four judges. Bruno Tonioli opted for singers Denise & Stefan, but Trixy's place was secured after Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell voted for the magician.

The pair will join Innocent Masuku, Ssaulabi Performance Troupe, Jack Rhodes, Haribow, Sydnie Christmas, Mike Woodhams, Abigail & Afronitaaa and Northants Sings Out in the final, with the last spot being decided by the judges as they select a special wildcard pick.
