Oops! Britney Spears did it again.

The “Gimme More” singer, who is currently on vacation in Las Vegas, posted a snapshot of what appears to be a cocktail on the same day that her ex, Justin Timberlake, was arrested and charged with DWI in the Hamptons. Alongside the floral drink photo, Spears also included an image of her legs floating in a pool.

She simply captioned her post, “It’s the little things you know!!!”

The Grammy-winner shared her holiday posts on the same day Timberlake, whom she dated from 1999 until 2002, was arrested on charges of driving "in an intoxicated condition” in the Hamptons, the Sag Harbor Police Department confirmed in a press release.

“On June 18, 2024, at 12:37 AM, Justin R. Timberlake, age 43, of Tennessee, was observed operating a 2025 BMW southbound on Madison Street, failing to stop at a duly posted stop sign and failing to maintain his lane of travel," the press release said. "A traffic stop was initiated by a Police Officer from the Sag Harbor Village Police Department and upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition."
