SINGAPORE — Even amid their upcoming hiatus due to military commitments, global K-pop sensations BTS have not forgotten about their massive fanbase in Singapore.

In fact, they have a surprise treat in store for them coming up: the BTS Pop-Up: Space of BTS programme and activities to be held at Orchard Cineleisure from 25 November to 21 January.

The pop-up event aims to engage BTS fans, catering to followers of each BTS member with dedicated spaces forming immersive Instagrammable experiences.

It will also showcase over 250 merchandise products, including apparel, accessories, stationery and lifestyle items from collections like In the Soop, SOOWOOZOO, Dalmajung, Butter, and the BTS x McDonald's collaboration.

Exclusive solo merchandise, concert memorabilia, and photo moments

Comprising seven members – RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook – BTS has captivated audiences globally with their catchy songs and electric performances, making them the best-selling artistes in South Korean history with over 40 million albums sold.

Fans in Singapore will have the opportunity to access solo merchandise from individual members at the pop-up, some of which are currently unavailable on other platforms.

The event also offers the chance to acquire coveted concert merchandise from SUGA's Agust D Solo Tour 'D-DAY' and BTS' previous concerts.

Beyond merchandise, the pop-up will provide photo opportunities with the latest 2023 BTS Festa family portrait and an LED-lit BTS logo.

BTS had announced last year that they will be taking a hiatus so that the members could complete their mandatory South Korean military service, with a reunion being planned for 2025. Jin, the oldest member at 30 years old, enlisted on December last year, followed by J-Hope on April and Suga on September this year.

In South Korea, mandatory military service is required for all male citizens aged between 18 and 28. This duty also applies to members of K-pop groups like BTS, as they take a hiatus from their careers to fulfil this obligation, typically serving for about 18-22 months.
