Bunga Citra Lestari and Ashraf Sinclair do not want to act together.

31 May – Fans of Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL) and Ashraf Sinclair in Indonesia and Malaysia would definitely be waiting for the day that the pair would star in a project together.

However, Bunga Citra Lestari has her own excuses for not wanting to co-star with her husband at the moment.

"Me and Ashraf have agreed that we wouldn't want the 'exposure' of acting together like other celebrity couples."

"It's not that there aren't any offers, but we don't want to be seen together as we wouldn't want to bore people," she was quoted as saying in Mangga Online.

Added the 33-year-old artiste, she and her husband have appeared in many commercials together and are often picked as product ambassadors, therefore they wouldn't want to overdo things and also star in a project together.

The "Aku dan Dirimu" singer says that both of them are fairly busy with their own careers.

Bunga Citra Lestari can be currently seen in the film, "My Stupid Boss" which is now showing in cinemas.

Apart from that, she will also be appearing in two more movies called, "Jilbab Traveler" and "3 Srikandi" which are both due for release this year.
