The Cambridge Kids Will Be Attending a New School This Fall

As the summer slowly winds down, a new year school is steadily on the horizon. And it looks like Kate Middleton and Prince William’s three children—Prince Louis (4), Princess Charlotte (7) and Prince George (9)—will be attending a new school this fall.

According to People, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge revealed that their children would soon attend Lambrook School next month. The reason for the change?

The Cambridges are planning to move from London to Windsor, resulting in the school transfer. Rumors of the royal family moving from their London home to a new location began to circulate earlier this year. And now, the big move is finally happening.

In a new statement released by Kensington Palace, the royal couple said, “Their Royal Highnesses are hugely grateful to Thomas's Battersea where George and Charlotte have had a happy start to their education since 2017 and 2019 respectively, and are pleased to have found a school for all three of their children which shares a similar ethos and values.”

The Headmaster at Lambrook School, Jonathan Perry, released a separate statement that welcomed the young royals to the new school, writing: "We are delighted that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will be joining us this coming September and very much look forward to welcoming the family, as well as all of our new pupils, to our school community.”
