David appeared on ITV's Good Morning Britain this morning (April 10) to promote the new podcast and talk about his CBB experience. In the interview, he revealed that he didn't expect to take the victory last month and was convinced that Strictly pro and eventual runner up Nikita Kuzmin was going to win instead.

He said: "I really didn't think I was going to win, and when it came to the final, I had it in my head that Nikita was going to win. So when it was just us two, I was like: 'Right, Nikita's got this'. So when they called my name out, I was literally gobsmacked."

Fellow housemate Bradley also had exciting news this week, as he announced his engagement to boyfriend Scott Johnston.

In a sweet social media post, he wrote: "I never thought I'd find someone who gets me and loves me for me. I have always struggled connecting my emotions in relationships and then @scottjohnston1.8 came. I felt safe and accepted and most importantly loved. I love you endlessly."

Big Brother returns later this year on ITV2 and ITVX.
