There is no Malo Gusto in the squad at all in South Yorkshire, with Benoit Badiashile and Mykhailo Mudryk both dropping to the bench after Thursday’s thrilling late 4-3 win over Manchester United at Stamford Bridge.

Ben Chilwell missed that game through illness and was also absent from last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Burnley due to a minor injury.

Pochettino hoped the left-back would be available for their trip to Sheffield United, but he’s not involved again.

Djordje Petrovic will start in goal in front of a back four of Chalobah, Axel Disasi, Silva and Marc Cucurella.

Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo and Conor Gallagher will be the midfield three as usual.

Cole Palmer and Nicolas Jackson will start in attack, with Madueke beating Mudryk and Raheem Sterling for the third forward spot.

Carney Chukwuemeka and Chalobah both returned from the bench on Thursday, while Robert Sanchez has resumed training this week but is still not involved.

Jackson and Caicedo are both a yellow card away from a two-match ban, meanwhile.
