Chen Han-tien's 6-year hardship

30 May - Taiwanese artiste Chen Han-tien, the co-host of popular talk show "Mr. Con & Ms. Csi" ("Kang Xi Lai Le"), said that he has finally overcome six years of hardships endured in showbiz.

Speaking on the sidelines of a press conference, Chen revealed his most embarrassing moment to the public.

"This is an unforgettable moment that happened at Providence University in Taichung city. I was an emcee for an event held at the campus. Due to a clerical mistake on the run-down of the show, I was forced to tell jokes on the stage as all the guests of honours were still yet to arrive." "To make things worse, I noticed that the students were leaving the hall one after another. This made me even more panicked!" he told the media.

Starting as a co-host of "Mr. Con & Ms. Csi", Chen is now a popular and familiar face in Taiwanese television industry. He has since ventured into movie industry by taking on roles in "Love In Disguise", a movie starred and directed by Taiwan-based singer Wang Leehom and Taiwanese best-selling movie "Monga".

The 28-year-old host said he faced the endurance of hardships with stamina and perseverance. When asked to comment on his love life, he replied that he is not in an urgent need to get married.
