For fans of the early-2000s TV-movie Life-Size starring Tyra Banks, you are certainly in for a treat. The sequel to the beloved Disney movie will air on Freeform in Dec. 2018, nearly two decades after the first film’s release, according to TV Guide.

During the television channel’s Upfront’s presentation in NYC, executives confirmed that the channel (formerly known as ABC Family) will air the film, and Banks will reprise her roll as Eve, a doll who comes to life, and serve as the film’s executive producer. Tyra also tweeted about the news today (Apr. 19).

“Banks will return for the second film, but this time around Eve is all grown up and will help a young woman learn to love again,” says the site about the film’s synopsis. “Along the way Eve will experience ‘the ups and downs of real life in a fun, edgy, modern Christmas movie.'”

Earlier this year, Banks was announced as Nick Cannon’s replacement on the upcoming season of America’s Got Talent, and it was also reported that she would be reprising her duty as host and head judge of her show, America’s Next Top Model.
