China says it agrees U.N. Security Council should respond further on North Korea

BEIJING (Reuters) - China said on Thursday that it agreed the U.N. Security Council should make a further response on North Korea. Sanctions were only half the solution and must be combined with dialogue and negotiation, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told reporters.
