China's Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Visits SkyWorld's SkyAwani 3 Residences

KUALA LUMPUR – City developer SkyWorld Development Berhad (“SkyWorld” or “the company”) hosted a distinguished delegation from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (MOHURD) People’s Republic of China (PRC), including H.E. Mr. Ni Hong, Minister of MOHURD, alongside representatives from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan, or “KPKT”) for a tour of the multi award-winning SkyAwani 3 Residences.

The visit provided the delegation with an opportunity to experience firsthand the innovative design and high-quality construction that earned SkyAwani 3 Residences the prestigious world gold award at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2024. Highlights of the tour included the renowned SkyBridge, recognized as the “Highest Residential SkyBridge in Malaysia,” as well as an actual residential unit and the development’s extensive facilities.
