China's Yingde Gases falls after profit warning

HONG KONG, March 24 (Reuters) - Shares of Yingde Gases Group Co Ltd were set to open 5.3 percent lower on Friday after the country's largest industrial gases company issued a profit warning. The stock was expected to open at HK$6.20, its lowest open since March 14. The benchmark index is set to open 0.3 percent higher. Yingde Gases, the subject of a public boardroom battle which is rare in China, has warned that its financial position may be "materially adversely impacted" due to changes in the composition of its board of directors and management.
