Chris Pratt reveals what he has learned from his father-in-law Arnold Schwarzenegger
Chris Pratt loves having the "wisdom" of Arnold Schwarzenegger to turn to whenever he needs advice.
The 44-year-old actor is married to the 'Terminator' star's daughter Katherine - with whom he has Lyla, three, and two-year-old Eloise - and because he was born into a working-class family in Virginia, Minnesota, likes being able to discuss things like raising a family whilst in the spotlight with someone who has had all the experiences of fame.
He told US TV show 'Extra': "Not everyone can say that their father-in-law is the Terminator, but mine literally will terminate me. “He has the experience of raising kids in the spotlight and being an actor, a well-known person, and a celebrity, and it’s really great to have the wisdom of his experience to go to and to talk to about certain things that normally I would talk to my brother or my cousin or people that I grew up with and they might not be able to relate with certain things."
The Hollywood star is now voicing the title role of the famed orange tabby cat in 'The Garfield Movie' and when asked for the best advice he has ever received from his father-in-law, joked that it was always to refer back to whatever movie he is promoting during an interview because "nobody" has ever been able to sell a film like Arnold.
He said: "He says anytime you’re doing an interview, you always go back to the film that you’re talking about, ‘Garfield,’ which opens May 24
"Nobody ever sold a movie like him… He knows how to sell himself… He’s a one of kind. He is a GOAT, a legend, and there will never be anyone like him again."
