Chrissy Teigen Refuses to Become a Ski Family Despite Her Kids ‘Flourishing’ on Slopes: ‘It’s a Lot of Gear’
The mom of four admits that she can't keep up
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend traveled with their kids to Park City, Utah, as Teigen was slated to appear at Sundance
The special trip saw the couple enjoy time with the older pair of their four kids — son Miles, 5, and daughter Luna, 7
While the kids took a liking to snow sports, and skiing in particular, Teigen's not too eager to make it the official sport of the Stephens family
Chrissy Teigen's kids enjoyed hitting the slopes during their trip to Utah.
The Chrissy & Dave Dine Out star, 38, enjoyed time with her family in Utah last week. While attending Sundance for work, husband John Legend took their older two Miles Theodore, 5, and daughter Luna Simone, 7, to try some snow sports.
"My kids came with us, the two older ones. They took their first ski lessons while I was working and they just flourished. They had the best time ever," Teigen said during her appearance on Live! With Kelly and Mark on Wednesday.
"John was like House Daddy making burgers. He didn’t have to do anything, so he just had the best time with them," she shared.
When host Mark Consuelos asked if they were "going to become a ski family," Teigen immediately objected.
"No, absolutely not. No," she laughed, adding. "It’s a lot of gear. I come home now, and I take off a regular pair of boots; I’m winded."

Later in the chat, Consuelos asked who their kids — Wren Alexander, 6 months. Esti Maxine, 12 months, Miles and Luna — take after between Teigen and Legend.
"Luna is a little mini-me and then Miles is a little mini John," she shared.
"Miles with numbers and music, He only listens to John. He loves — his iPad is all John and remixes. He knows the duration of the song. So he’ll be like, ‘This one’s 3 minutes and 42 seconds’ or ‘I like this song because it’s 6 minutes.’ He’s just his biggest fan," she raved. "And they both take piano, which, when I was younger was like, punishment."
Teigen shared that her kids "love doing everything" and don't bristle at keeping up with their busy schedules.
"They do so many things though, and often I’m like, 'I don’t want to be crazy about it' and I’m like, ‘Is there anything you don’t feel like doing?’ But they love doing everything," the mom of four shared.
In August, Teigen opened up to PEOPLE about being a mom of four, saying, "For me, the hardest part is making sure the older ones feel loved and taken care of and just as special as the babies.”
She continued, "There's a lot of diaper changing and feeding and it seems like you're coddling these two little babies and they're not getting enough. I think any parent of multiple kids can understand that you want to make sure they still feel loved."
