CM Punk signs for Raw and sets a WrestleMania XL collision course with Seth Rollins
We're still kind of pinching ourselves about the fact that CM Punk is back in the WWE.
Love him or hate him, it's been impossible to deny the impact the Straight Edge Superstar has had since his shock return at Survivor Series.

Since that wordless comeback, Punk has been on tour, popping by at Raw, SmackDown and even NXT Deadline to keep teasing us regarding on which roster he might land.
In some ways it doesn't matter... Raw or SmackDown (or even NXT), he'll move the needle wherever he fights, but of course the brand dictates which opponents he'll be facing, and what belts he'll be targeting

At Tribute at the Troops on Friday he gave his thoughts about plenty of the roster, confirmed his goal is to main event WrestleMania, and even made space for an awkward jab at backstage punchups.
But on Monday Night Raw last night (December 11), Punk made it official: "The newest Raw Superstar is CM Punk, and CM Punk is HOME".
He's signed to Raw, and more importantly, has Seth 'Freakin' Rollins in his sight, and the (ill) feeling is more than mutual.
As the contract was signed, Seth Rollins emerged for a LONG staredown before the men exchanged some very heated words ("I will expose you for the fraud that you are").
It makes sense... ever since Punk returned, Rollins has made his distaste for him abundantly clear, and they've got plenty of in-ring history going back to the days of The Shield to build on, too.
And with Seth currently the World Heavyweight Champion, there's a shout that any match involving him at WrestleMania XL should be the Main Event (though we imagine Roman Reigns will have plenty to say about that).
To earn that shot, Punk will have to win the Royal Rumble in January, which he handily announced his entry for on last night's show ("CM Punk is entering the Royal Rumble and when CM Punk wins, maybe Seth, it's you he's coming after").
Another wrestler with an interest is Drew McIntyre, who wants another shot at Seth Rollins, and after lobbying, Adam Pearce was granted one for Day 1 Raw on New Year's Day.
Will the Scot be able to put a spanner in the works of CM Punk's plans? We'll have to wait and see.
