CN Blue’s Lee Jung Shin was Hurt When People Thought He Was Gay

CN Blue’s Lee Jung Shin revealed that he was mistaken as being gay when he first made his debut.

During March 17’s broadcast of KBS2’s Hello, the CN Blue members attended as special guests to hear out people’s concerns.

As MC Lee Young Ja introduced a man who is often mistaken as a girl, she asked the CN Blue members if they ever experienced a similar thing.

Lee Jung Shin confessed, “I had a longer hair when I first debuted. I was shy about everything since I was a new singer. And one time a female senior asked me if I liked boys. I was hurt to hear things like that.”

Then Lee Jong Hyun made everyone laugh by saying, “There were many rumors like that at the time. So we started feeling uncomfortable thinking that they might be true.”

Lee Jung Shin brought out further laughter by adding, “That’s a misunderstanding. I like girls.”
