Coronation Street confirms change for Ryan and Daisy after bitter rows

Coronation Street has confirmed a positive turnaround for Daisy Midgeley and Ryan Connor's relationship following their bitter row over Daisy's catfishing scam.
Ryan and Daisy have kissed twice since bonding over Justin Rutherford's savage acid attack on them, but their budding romance was halted when Ryan discovered that Daisy was behind the 'Crystal' messages he'd been receiving.
The pair have barely spoken since this revelation, but Ryan is set to extend an olive branch to Daisy in upcoming scenes.

Following his recent return from Ireland, Ryan decides to pay a visit to The Rovers to apologise to Daisy for behaving coldly towards her, and Daisy accepts.
With their differences now behind them, the pair join Jenny, Carla and Maria in raising a toast to Jenny's late husband Johnny.
While it seems Ryan and Daisy are definitely on the right track when it comes to mending their relationship, Ryan Prescott, who plays Ryan in the soap, said "there's always going to be tension between them" given everything that has happened.

He continued: "They’ve got really close over the past few months in particular and they do have a history of being together.
"And although he does hold a lot of resentment for what she’s done, and the catfishing, and even kind of blames her for the demise of his relationship with Alya, he holds these resentments inside himself because of who she is and what she shared with him.
"I think Ryan is trying to convince himself that he doesn’t need Daisy, but deep down – I wouldn’t say he’s fallen in love with her – but it’s the next best thing. He’s the first person to fight against that because of his predisposition. So it’s a very complicated relationship."
The soap star also teased that there’s "a lot more" that can and will happen between them.
Although Ryan has come back from his holiday with this "mentality that he doesn’t need Daisy" anymore, Prescott says it's just "about his pride at this point".
Ryan will also become involved in the world of illegal steroids as part of a dark new storyline, as he will be seen injecting himself with illegal enhancement drugs to boost his confidence.
