Coronation Street and EastEnders actress appears in both soaps on the same day
Soap fans were left stunned on Monday night (February 26) when the same actress appeared in both Eastenders and Coronation Street.
Ellena Vincent did the unthinkable by stepping on both the cobbles and Albert Square with the episodes airing within half an hour of each other.
On Instagram Ellena wrote: "Made my @bbceastenders debut last night, a lotta fun playing Fern on the square.

"In a weird twist also ended up being in @coronationstreet last night too which I'm telling myself is the soap equivalent of being in the Marvel/DC universes. Int life funny eh."
Two weeks ago Ellena had shared that she'd filmed scenes for Corrie, writing on Instagram: "Catch this Manc in Corrie!
"Had a lovely old time back in Manchester filming a few episodes of @coronationstreet recently. Loved bringing Emily to the street and working with @calumlill and @channiques.total dreams."
Ellena appeared in Coronation Street as Joel Deering's secret wife Emily, who he shares a daughter named Maisie with.
Over in Walford, Ellena appeared as Fern, who was being set up as a potential new love interest for Dean Wicks.

Fern was seen speaking to Dean and the pair appeared to have a connection which is noticed by Jade.
Later in the week. the pair will go on a date together, with Fern oblivious about Dean's past.
It's unknown for how long Ellena will be in each soap but for now, there's the potential of seeing her twice on your TV in a single night.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
