Corrie's Georgia Taylor and Charlie de Melo share loved-up photos

Coronation Street star Georgia Taylor has shared some pictures, seemingly confirming the romance with former co-star Charlie de Melo.

The two actors attended a Blur concert at Wembley Arena in London at the weekend, sharing multiple snaps of them together and a few clips of the band playing.

Georgia confirmed herself to be a huge Blur fan, smiling from ear to ear in the pictures taken by Charlie, and adding a caption in which she admitted getting emotional during the gig.

"15-year-old me would have been beside herself last night. Blur, you were magnificent," the soap star wrote.

"The London Community Gospel choir lit up the stadium and Phil Daniels was a proper treat. And yes I cried at 'The Universal'. I'm not made of stone," she continued.

Georgia is known for playing Toyah Battersby in the ITV soap, with Charlie having played Toyah's husband Imran Habeeb until 2022.

Last year, Imran died in a car crash while he was with Toyah. The accident occurred after she found out about her husband's one-night stand with Abi Webster, who was pregnant with his baby at the time.

After Imran's death, Toyah rekindled her relationship with ex-boyfriend and undercover police detective Spider Nugent, who recently dropped down on one knee and popped the question.

As for Georgia and Charlie, the two actors first sparked romance rumours in February this year when it was reported that she had split from her partner of 14 years, Mark Letheren.

Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
