Customer Attacked Through Pick-Up Window by Restaurant Employee in Dallas, Texas

A customer was attacked by a restaurant employee through a drive-through window in Dallas, Texas, on March 20, security footage shows.

On March 10, Chicken Express customer Leskel Nichols was served an incorrect order at the restaurant and offered a discount for his next visit, according to a statement by Nichols’s attorneys.

During his following visit on March 20, an employee “refused to honor the discount,” his attorneys said. Moments later, another employee named Terry Hall communicated with Nichols before “propelling himself through the take-out window,” they continued.

Surveillance video shared by Nichols’s attorneys at the Cochran Firm and Hodge Law Firm shows Halls lunging towards Nichols after a brief exchange.
