While her Materialists costumes may be making headlines for being easy to copy and perfect for your summer plan, Dakota Johnson reminded everyone that her off-duty style is just as good as any character's wardrobe. Today, for an outing in New York City, she wore a completely sheer outfit with a bold, bright yellow underwear set that peeked out from underneath her see-through top and skirt.

Johnson's lacy, yellow underpinnings were clearly visible through her long-sleeved, cream-colored top and airy mustard-yellow skirt, which hit just at her calves to show off a pair of shiny, patent-leather slingbacks. She finished the look with a pair of little oval-shaped sunglasses and a chunky ring. Of course, her signature bangs were on full display and she kept her makeup low-key, letting her sheer 'fit steal the spotlight. Johnson's stylist, Kate Young, tagged Gucci in a Story post capturing the outfit.

Johnson's new project has her filming on the streets of NYC, with paparazzi snapping the star in everything from a sleek and stealthy blue column dress to a classic white button-up and jeans. According to IMDb, the film will follow Johnson as she traverses a somewhat unorthodox occupational hazard: "A matchmaker's lucrative business gets complicated when she falls into a toxic love triangle that threatens her clients." Her co-stars include Chris Evans and Pedro Pascal, giving her a complete monopoly on internet boyfriends.

When she's not working or sleeping in (Remember when she confessed to indulging in 14 hours a night?), Johnson noted that she's a fan of meditation.

“I do transcendental meditation. I’ve been really into breathwork recently, and that’s been helping me a lot with anxiety. I will get in a bathtub at any moment, any time of the day," she told Glamour. "If in the middle of the day, I’m like, ‘Oh god, what is this world?’ I’ll get in the bathtub. I find water really grounding.”
