Dakota Johnson is giving Taylor Swift props on Saturday Night Live!
Host Johnson, 34, shouted out Swift's success in America and beyond during her SNL monologue on Saturday as she called the singer, 34, the "most powerful person in America" while poking fun at a former president during her second time hosting the show.
"The last time I hosted was right after the SNL 40th. I was actually in the audience for that special," the actress explained as a photo appeared onscreen of her in 2015 standing in a star-studded audience for the anniversary show.
"Look at this photo, look at this collection of people: Sarah Palin, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg," Johnson pointed out. “And look who's sitting right behind me." The camera then zoomed in to show former president Donald Trump, who was also in the audience.
"Crazy to be standing so close to someone who would become the most powerful person in America," Johnson added as the camera zoomed in for the second time, this time on Swift — who was sitting in front of the actress at the event — causing the SNL audience to erupt in cheers.
During her monologue, Johnson also reflected on her time working on the 2010 film The Social Network with costar and the show’s musical guest Justin Timberlake.
Johnson appeared in a one scene in the film with Timberlake, 42, as a college student after sleeping with his character, Napster founder and former Facebook President Sean Parker.
"Tonight is also a sort of reunion for me and Justin Timberlake," Johnson said in her monologue. "We were actually in a movie together, called The Social Network."
Timberlake then showed up onstage next to the actress to the audience’s surprise.
"What are you doing up here, are you lost?" Johnson asked the singer. Timberlake said that he thought it was his cue after hearing his voice. The singer then offered to help out in any sketches as he mentioned he had previously hosted, which was “10 years ago," as Johnson reminded him.

Later on in the show, Timberlake performed his 2013 hit “Mirrors” and a new track, "Sanctified," with rapper and singer Tobe Nwigwe onstage. Timberlake also performed his new single “Selfish” from his upcoming album, which was introduced by SNL alum and the singer’s close pal, Jimmy Fallon.
Johnson, meanwhile, appeared in a variety of fun sketches during the show, including a hilarious Shark Tank recreation that featured two guest star sharks: Mark Cuban and Barbara Corcoran, and a skit that made light of America's Stanley Cup craze.
