Dancing on Ice star Miles Nazaire has revealed that he hopes to surprise fans with his "goofier" side.

The reality TV star made his debut on the ice last week (January 21), alongside his professional partner Vanessa Bauer. The pair scored an impressive 26 points out of 40.

Speaking to Radio Times ahead of his first skate, Miles explained that viewers can expect to see a different side to him during his time in the competition.

"My fun side has come out, less serious and less drama. I'm enjoying it," he said.

Following his routine to 'Hard To Handle' by The Black Crowes, the judges praised the Made in Chelsea star for his natural rhythm and difficult choreography.

"For someone who doesn't perform, you don't sing, you don't act, you don't naturally dance, this was an absolutely brilliant performance," said Oti Mabuse.

"You two look really good on the ice, really good. It's a complex routine, there's lots of hole changes, direction changes, lots of stopping and starting," added Olympic champion Christopher Dean, before quipping: "I think you'll go for miles and miles, Miles."

Boxer Ricky Hatton became the first celebrity to be eliminated from the competition last weekend, after losing out to comedian Lou Sanders in the first skate-off of the series.

The remaining celebrities will be back on the rink tonight (January 28) for the show's anticipated Movie Week, but the dreaded skate-off won't be making the cut (via MailOnline).

An ITV representative told the publication: "This weekend we don't have a skate-off at the end of the show. Whoever is at the bottom after the judges' scores and viewers' votes will leave the competition."

Dancing on Ice airs on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
