Daughter Adrian Wong explains Felix Wong's situation

28 Feb – While her father, Felix Wong has been keeping mum about the issue regarding his refusal to visit his estranged father, Felix's daughter Adrian recently stepped up and explained that the actor has not been in Hong Kong since the controversy started.

Adrian, who has always been the one to speak on the actor's behalf, recently explained that Felix has been working in mainland China since the issue was first reported and assured that the actor will address the matter as soon as he comes back.

In regards to the strained relationship between her father and Lau Wun Chan, his father's second wife, Adrian said, "My grandfather married Ms. Lau after my grandmother passed away and I can honestly say that we have not been as close to each other as before since the marriage."

The actress also revealed that they only knew about Mr. Wong's condition through relatives, but added that they were told that it was not considered serious.

"I can't comment too much about my elders, but I have asked my father to make a public response as soon as possible," said Adrian.

When asked if they would be visiting Mr. Wong, Adrian said, "I would let my father decide."
