‘Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest’ Adds Post Malone, NewJeans and Ivy Queen to Global Lineup

ABC and Dick Clark Productions have added to the lineup for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest” with K-pop group NewJeans, as well as rapper Post Malone from the Fontainebleau hotel in Las Vegas and reggaeton artist Ivy Queen will perform in Puerto Rico.

Post Malone has sold more than 80 million records and earned numerous awards, including 10 Billboard Music Awards. He will perform his song “Chemical” for the television program. In November 2022, Post Malone expanded his fashion industry footprint after collaborating with artist Takashi Murakami on a vibrant capsule collection celebrating the musician’s new album “Twelve Carat Toothache.”

NewJeans will perform their songs “Super Shy” and “ETA.” The group is one of the biggest K-pop bands in the world right now, and they have rightfully earned the respect and fandom of the fashion industry. In September, the entire group was announced as the face of a new Levi’s campaign to celebrate the denim brand’s 150th anniversary. In October 2022, NewJeans band member Hanni was named a new brand ambassador for Gucci.

Ivy Queen is considered one of the pioneers of the Reggaeton genre, and has been referred to as the Queen of Reggaeton.

“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest” marks the 19th year TV personality Ryan Seacrest will host the program. Emmy Award-winning television personality Jeannie Mai will host from Los Angeles and actress, singer and TV presenter Dayanara Torres will cohost the celebration from Puerto Rico.

“Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest” will air Dec. 31 live on ABC beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
