Dindi Gallardo always knew she would return

The former beauty queen admits that she felt the urge to return to the Philippines

4 Nov - Former beauty queen Dindi Gallardo recently shared that returning home to the Philippines after a long stay overseas was a calling for her.

According to PEP News, the actress, who makes an appearance in the upcoming film, "Dahlin' Nick", as Imelda Marcos, revealed that the urge to return to the country and to showbiz came when she was back in the country last year.

Gallardo revealed that after visiting the shooting location of Robin Padilla's movie, "Bonifacio", as well as "Heneral Luna", she was bitten by the acting bug again.

"I knew that I would be coming home. I am back for good, and I am happy to be back," said the actress.

Gallardo admitted that there were certain incidents as well that prompted her decision to return.

"You know, sometime you get signs from the universe, like, "Okay, this is your path". There were certain things that happened, and then you realised that maybe God has a different plan for you. It was the catalyst that got me thinking of coming back home."

Gallardo is now represented by Viva Artists Agency (VAA).
