Doctor Who star says role is different to anything else he's done
Doctor Who star Lenny Rush has weighed in on his role on the new season, explaining how Morris is different from any other character he's every played.
Rush touched upon his role in season 14 of BBC's beloved sci-fi show in a Q&A with press including Digital Spy.
The actor will appear in the upcoming 'The Legend of Ruby Sunday', an episode focused on the Doctor's companion played by Millie Gibson and set to air on June 15.
Speaking about taking on the role, Rush said: "Morris is a child genius, so very different to myself [laughs]!"

"He is also very different to other characters I've played," the star added.
"I've never acted in the sci-fi genre, so for Doctor Who to be the first sci-fi show I'm in is an honour!"
Rush, whose other acting credits include Dodger and children's TV show The Dumping Ground, praised the special effects of Doctor Who.
"I've never worked on a show with so many cool effects! I think the stand-out difference for me were the sets," he said.

"They were amazing and are exactly how you see them on screen, it was unreal! I can't believe how much work goes into building them."
The new season of Doctor Who has seen Ncuti Gatwa in the role of the Fifteenth Doctor, with Russell T Davies back as showrunner after leaving the show in 2010.
