SINGAPORE — A Singaporean employer has captured the hearts of many after buying a BTS Suga concert ticket for her foreign domestic worker.

Kimberlee Ang's act of kindness has gone viral on social media and garnered attention from online users worldwide.

Suga is one of the seven members of South Korean mega-group BTS. He is set to perform in Singapore on 17 and 18 June, and fans were scrambling to get their hands on the tickets.

But for Nur, a foreign domestic worker in Singapore, her dream of attending the concert had seemed unlikely - until her employer Ang surprised her with a heartwarming act.

Act of kindness goes viral

On Tuesday (4 April), Ang shared her experience on TikTok, revealing how she was able to secure a concert ticket for her helper, despite being over 5,600th in line during the ARMY membership presale on 3rd April.

Tickets for the upcoming BTS Suga concert in Singapore are priced between $168.00 to $348.00.

While Nur was initially hesitant about purchasing the expensive concert ticket, Ang secretly bought it as a gift for Nur.

The heartwarming moment when she handed the ticket to Nur was captured on video, showing Nur's emotional reaction upon receiving the ticket. "I'm shaking," she said as tears welled up in her eyes.

Ang joked about her stress levels while trying to buy the ticket, saying, "You shaking, my whole body sweating. I never buy ticket until so stress, you know."

The video has since gone viral with over 29,000 views, with fans praising Ang's kind gesture towards her domestic worker.

One TikTok user, Charmaine, expressed her admiration, saying, "This is so sweet! I hope she has a blast at the show."

Meanwhile, Lorilee Krizelle wished Ang and her family the best, stating, "You're the best. I pray for more blessings for you and your family."
