Drag Race's Kornbread reveals alternate Hocus Pocus 2 scene
RuPaul's Drag Race star Kornbread 'The Snack' Jeté has revealed an alternate scene for her Hocus Pocus 2 appearance.
The drag superstar, who appeared on the 14th season of the Emmy-winning reality competition show, starred in 2022's Hocus Pocus sequel alongside fellow Drag Race stars Ginger Minj and Kahmora Hall.
The trio appeared as a group of drag queens competing to impersonate the iconic Sanderson sisters, against the actual Winifred, Mary and Sarah, but failed to win the contest.

However, Kornbread revealed to EW that the first iteration of the script saw the drag queens triumph.
"Originally the drag queens were supposed to win, and we ended up not winning. If we would've won, there would be a possibility [we could come back for Hocus Pocus 3]," she said. "We can't come back if we lost!"
Kornbread then discussed why the scene was changed, mentioning that the queens originally won because of their costumes.
"I think they changed it through production writing. It was very much close toward the start of filming, because if you look at the costumes, we had the biggest, most lavish costumes while everybody else had Party City-looking costumes," she recalled.
"Our costumes were literally tailored to us. We got there and they made the costumes to our bodies from scratch."

Kornbread added that even one of the stars of the movie was shocked at the version of the scene that they filmed.
"Bette Midler was shocked about it," Kornbread said. "She was looking and she was like, 'Why did they win? They look like the best ones!'"
Kornbread's drag sister, Hershii LiqCour-Jeté, recently became the first queen to sashay away from the 16th season of RuPaul's Drag Race.
