AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Dutch prosecutors said on Tuesday they had arrested two men on suspicion of preparing an attack with bomb vests in the Netherlands.
In a statement, prosecutors said the two men, aged 20 and 34, from the city of Zoetermeer, had been arrested after a tip-off from the country's intelligence agency.

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said on Saturday that China's largest coastguard vessel has anchored in Manila's exclusive economic zone (EEZ) in the South China Sea, and is meant to intimidate its smaller Asian neighbour.
