EastEnders to air kiss for George Knight and Cindy Beale

EastEnders has revealed a shocking kiss for George Knight and Cindy Beale will air in Tuesday's (April 16) episode.
The former couple will find themselves wrapped up in passion, as George struggles with the death of his mother Gloria Knight.
George will grow close to Cindy again as she tries to stop him from getting involved in the underground fighting ring where he was injured in Monday's (April 15) instalment.
The former boxer ended up with severe injuries when he agreed to a bare-knuckle fight in order to drown out the emotional pain he was feeling.

The Vic barman was driven to this extreme after learning his vindictive father Eddie Knight was banning him from attending his mother's funeral.
In the upcoming episode, George will wake up battered and bruised in Phil Mitchell's house after his friend dragged him home.
George will be forced to come up with an excuse to explain his bruises to his family, so he makes out that he's been mugged.

When he suddenly disappears from the Vic again, Cindy knows he must be in trouble — leading to her teaming up with Phil to stop him from fighting once again.
The pair manage to catch George just as he's being denied entry into the fighting club, so Cindy will take him to The Boxing Den where they can talk privately.
As Cindy tries to support George through his grief, passion takes hold for the former couple and they find themselves sharing a romantic kiss.

This isn't the first kiss for the pair since they arrived in Walford, as George previously tricked Cindy into a kiss to prove she was trying to get some of the profits from his Marbella bar.
Now that George and Cindy are on better terms, will their kiss disrupt their other relationships?
EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
