EastEnders' Keanu Taylor to make new enemy ahead of Christmas story

EastEnders spoilers follow.

Keanu Taylor will make a new enemy on EastEnders as the festive season approaches.

The character has been in the thick of the drama recently, joining forces with his mother Karen to stage a kidnap of Albie.

After she became reckless with her spending, their game was discovered by Phil as he realised his own ransom money had been used by the pair. The news was relayed at The Vic as Sharon discovered Keanu's deceit.

The fallout will continue in next week's scenes, with Keanu continuing to be shunned for his actions. Tensions will boil over once more at The Vic, with Dean making derogatory remarks about his family. How will the pair settle their differences?

It might not be the last storyline involving Dean and Keanu, with the mystery of The Six set to be unveiled later this month. Several teasers have been dropped over the past few months, and executive producer Chris Clenshaw recently hinted at what can be expected.

"As we head towards Christmas, it will become apparent and it will become very clear who the potential body is," he teased. "Not who the body actually is, but who the potential ones we're looking at are and the ones that it could be."

"It will be narrowed down – it will be clear who it could be from a small number of people. At the moment it literally could be anyone from Winston to Grant, let's say, but it will become more apparent on who the potential, or the potential bodies are," he added.

"They only really become The Six from Christmas and from the huge consequence of what happens at Christmas. Each of those women will become The Six from Christmas Day onwards."

EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
