EastEnders' Peter makes Lauren offer as she gets closer to Junior

EastEnders' Peter Beale will make a new offer to his ex Lauren Branning next week, after she starts to grow closer to Junior Knight.
While Lauren and Peter shared a passionate kiss at the end of May, the former couple haven't got back together and their relationship will remain turbulent in scenes that will air next week.
As Lauren awaits a job interview, her stress levels increase when bailiffs suddenly show up at her door, wanting payment for a credit debt.

Lauren later discovers her young son Louie playing football with Junior and Alfie and Tommy Moon. But the fun is ruined when Junior asks questions about Louie's academic achievements, upsetting Lauren.
Lauren later opens up to Penny Branning about the situation, but she's further annoyed when Penny suggests that she shouldn't have lost her temper at Junior and that he may have a point about Louie's performance at school.
Although Lauren remains defensive, she takes on some advice from Kathy Beale which leads her to find Junior in The Vic to apologise. As the pair have a drink together, Junior gives Lauren advice and encouragement.

Following their chat, Lauren grabs an opportunity as she asks Jay Brown if she can have a trial shift at the Car Lot, and she's delighted when he agrees.
Later, Lauren discovers that Louie has indeed been struggling at school, and her temper erupts once again when she wrongly assumes that Kathy is being insensitive about Louie's diagnosis.
When Junior and Lauren bump into each other again, Junior offers to connect Lauren with a friend of his son, Xavier, who may be able to help Louie, leading Lauren to swap numbers with Junior.

Their conversation is interrupted by Peter, who has just returned from two days away trying to work out what his dad Ian Beale has been hiding. Lauren is irritated by Peter's sarcasm and she storms off with their son.
Peter later tries to make amends with Lauren by showing that he's there for her and Louie, but the moment is ruined when he accidentally offends her before she starts her trial shift.
Taking a new approach, Peter goes to The Vic to make amends with Junior, and the pair enjoy a pint together before Peter goes to collect Louie from school.

When the pair meet up in the café later, Peter says sorry to Lauren for upsetting her and asks her a big question - he'd like to move in with her and Louie.
Unsure Lauren asks for some time to think - could this be paving the way for a proper reunion between the former couple after months of uncertainty?
