Eleven Afghan children killed in bomb attack on foreign troops - official

KABUL (Reuters) - Eleven Afghan children were killed and 16 wounded on Monday when a car bomb targeting foreign military forces exploded in the southern city of Kandahar, a senior provincial officer said.

The bomb attack came hours after twin blasts in the capital, Kabul, killed at least 25 people, including eight journalists.
