Proving that wearing black and white will never, ever, go out of style, Emily Ratajkowski went one step further, offering up a master class in mixing texture and transparency while mashing up the go-to color combo. In a clip posted to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the model and author wore a sheer Mango knit skirt and linen crop top, posing against a sunny window to show just how transparent the skirt was. She wore black underwear with the see-through skirt and on top, she layered the bra-style top over a white tank top. Leave it to EmRata to show off a new take on layering, all while dishing up her signature brand of sex appeal.

In photographs published by Page Six, EmRata proved that the outfit wasn't just for clout — she wore the sheer skirt to take her dog Colombo out for a walk in NYC. She added a cardigan for the outing (also from Mango) and wore her hair parted in the middle. She finished the look with a Loewe bag, slouchy black boots, and a pair of small cat eye sunglasses.

Ratajkowski also wore the Loewe Squeeze bag for another walk in the city. Over the weekend, she wore the slouchy hobo bag with a more monochromatic outfit that included a pair of low-rise tan-colored pants and a camel-colored jacket over a long-sleeved black crop top. She added pointy-toed shoes to that look.

No stranger to sheer fashion, Ratajwoski wore a Bode gown during Paris Fashion Week last month that featured a '20s-inspired silhouette. That dress also showcased a black thong underneath. Of course, her off-duty vacation looks also lean sheer. She celebrated New Year's Eve in an airy white dress with lacy trim while vacationing in the Cayman Islands.
