Emmerdale star Bhasker Patel shares new look after Rishi's exit
Emmerdale star Bhasker Patel has shown off his new look, shortly after his final scenes as Rishi Sharma's aired.
Rishi was found dead on son Jai and Laurel's wedding day, having fallen down the stairs. Jai was concerned that the stress of their recent rowing had caused Rishi's known heart issues to flare up, but it was recently confirmed that it was not the case.
While Rishi is known for being clean shaven, Bhasker has decided to change things up a little and use the opportunity to grow his beard out.

Even when compared to just a few weeks ago, his facial hair is growing pretty quickly. Just how long is he going to let it grow?
Meanwhile, the actor has already not only found himself a new role following his Emmerdale exit, but filming on it has already wrapped.
The project, titled Leviathan, is a ten-part series that sees the actor sporting an even bigger beard, although this one is just a fake one.
"Leviathan envisages a future very much like our present to consider possible links between borders, mental health and marine welfare. Each episode is taken from the point of view of a different character and their journey," the project's website explains.

There's been plenty of rumours that Dan Spencer actor Liam Fox may also be leaving the soap soon, and scenes that aired in the most recently certainly seemed to hint that the character will be making an exit. Will that actually turn out to be the case though?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
