Emmerdale's Jai in angry scenes after Rishi's death
Emmerdale spoilers follow.
Emmerdale airs more emotional scenes for Jai Sharma tonight (July 31) as he struggles following the sad loss of his dad Rishi.
As Jai continues to feel guilty for being at odds with Rishi before he died, he struggles to keep his composure around his family and friends.
Looking for somebody to blame, Jai persists with giving Suni a hard time for being away from Holdgate Farm when Rishi died.
Although everyone can see that Jai isn't being rational, he can't help resenting Suni for the fact that Rishi was alone in his final moments. Jai's wife Laurel feels terrible for Suni, who already feels guilty enough for not being there.

Meanwhile, Jai also faces the tough task of telling his son Archie and stepdaughter Dotty about Rishi's passing.
Archie tries his best to help, but Jai harshly snaps at him.
Later, an emotional Jai finally begins to process his dad's death as he and Archie light candles around a picture of Rishi. Can they now move forward as a solid family unit?
Chris Bisson, who plays Jai, recently discussed the departure of his on-screen father Bhasker Patel. Bhasker recently confirmed that it wasn't his choice to leave the role of Rishi after 12 years.

Chris commented: "It does feel very strange without him. Every time I walk past what was his dressing room I think about popping my head in to see how he's doing. So it is strange when he isn't there.
"12 years is a long time. And over the years we've had some great stories and have had a lot of fun too. Bhasker and I got on really well personally, so that makes a big difference and the loss even greater – we all miss him in the building."
