Eric Huang admits to having wife and a kid

8 Aug – Taiwanese actor Eric Huang recently made a surprising confession that he is indeed married, and he has a child.

As reported on UDN, the confession was made after the media spotted Eric on a grocery outing with his friends at a supermarket on 29 July. The actor was seen carrying a little boy with a woman pushing a shopping cart next to him.

Upon close examination, the woman turned out to be ME2's Jenny Lu, who retired from show business nearly a decade ago.

The actor was also seen with the boy on 1 August, when he returned home from filming, and on a separate occasion, he was seen leaving the residence separately with Jenny to do some shopping.

When asked by a reporter, the surprised actor admitted that he is indeed married to Jenny and that they have a one-year-old son named Jeremy.

The 42-year-old stated, "I have always been prepared for this. Jenny was a former singer and wanted to keep our personal lives in private. I respect her wishes, but it was really difficult to keep it a secret. Jenny would often advise me not to take our son out, but he is too adorable and I really want to see him smile when we take him out."

Seemingly relieved that the cat is out of the bag now, Eric enthused, "I can finally take my son to go swimming without any worries now."
