Drag Race UK stars Charity Kase and Anubis are heading on tour as we enter the party season and they’re promising to deliver a camp night out with "Christmas feel-good spirit".

The season 3 queens will soon be travelling the UK with a cabaret tour called The Nightmares Before Christmas.

Having taken the plunge and decided to self-produce their own show, the drag duo have revealed why they’re so excited to perform over the festive season.

Chatting exclusively with Digital Spy, Charity and Anubis revealed what fans can expect from the new project.

"It's going to be a fabulous show and we’ll be at lots of our favourite places in the UK," Charity exclaimed.

"I would describe it as like a giant Christmas hamper," Anubis enthused. "It's got everything you would want. It's got your live vocals, it's got your killer looks, it's got comedy, it's got cabaret, we've got burlesque, and we've got reveals."

"Charity’s got a few Christmassy Halloween characters planned which are going to be incredible. I don't want to give too much away but oh my god, I can't wait!

"Plus, I am going to be dressed as a giant Christmas tree at some point in the show. A walking, talking, singing, cabaret Christmas tree."

"It's been a real freedom to be able to do whatever we want to do and work whatever we want to work into the show," Charity said.

"That's what we wanted to write for the show, something that is chaotic and campy – all the things me and Charity are both known for," Anubis continued. "It’s a big concoction of loads of things, but we've definitely played on the idea of making it like a camp Christmas do.

"I love the idea that by the end of the show everyone's dancing and partying, and drinking and pulling Christmas crackers."

Spanning 11 dates across the UK, The Nightmares Before Christmas tour kicks off on December 2, 2023.

Tickets for The Nightmares Before Christmas tour are available now.

RuPaul's Drag Race UK airs on BBC Three in the UK and streams on WOW Presents Plus in the US.
