He rose to fame in Thailand in 2019 thanks to his award-winning television series, such as “I Told Sunset About You” and “I Promised You the Moon.” Additionally, he has released singles under his own label, Billkin Entertainment, and he has performed in sold-out concert tours in Bangkok and China, which boosted his celebrity status throughout Asia.

As a friend of the house, Billkin in 2021 has attended several of Gucci’s events in Thailand, including the Gucci Ancora screening for the spring 2024 collection in Bangkok and the opening of the new brand’s store in Phuket earlier this year.

“Through my collaboration with Gucci over the past years, I have grown to deeply appreciate its rich, impressive heritage. The brand’s core values lie in its commitment to brand innovation, while continuing to embrace its signature icons and master craftsmanship,” said Billkin, following his appointment.

Billkin becomes the third Thai ambassador for the house, joining recently appointed actor and singer Gulf Kanawut Traipipattanapong as well as actress Davika Hoorne, who is a face of both Gucci and Gucci Beauty.

“My growing partnership with the brand has been a warm and close-knitted one, like a family. Gucci has always been a part of my life since I was a young boy. Collaborating with the brand was already a great compliment to my craft, but to be named brand ambassador is truly a pinnacle point for me,” he continued.

The men’s roster of ambassadors at Gucci also includes Italian tennis player Jannik Sinner, actor and singer Xiao Zhan, British soccer player Jack Grealish, American-born and South Korea-based rapper and entrepreneur Jay Park, Japanese actor Jun Shison and figure skater Yuzuru Hanyu.
