HOUSTON (Reuters) - ExxonMobil Corp said on Sunday its Baytown, Texas, petrochemical complex, which houses the second-largest refinery in the United States, was shutting down. "The ExxonMobil Baytown Complex is in the process of a safe and systematic shutdown of operations," Exxon spokeswoman Charlotte Huffaker said on Sunday.
