This season, after a handful of record-breaking years for luxury real estate in L.A., the housing market has taken a turn for the worse, creating big challenges for the show's agents, Tutor, Flagg, 38, and Altman, 45.

Still, there's no shortage of jaw-dropping estates to ogle. Among their listings in season 15 are a $26.8 million home and one off-market for $22 million that desperately need to be sold.

Altman comes up with a plan to get a listing to sell by using their new intern, Nicholas Dubrow, following the record-breaking sale of his famous parents Heather and Terry's house, Chateau Dubrow

“You know who should see this? Your parents,” Altman tells Nicholas while showing him one of the homes in their firm's inventory.

“By the way, if things go south — your fault!” Heather Dubrow says in a cutaway scene while at dinner with her husband, Terry Dubrow, and Josh and his wife Heather Altman.

Nicholas previously opened up about working with his mentor during a July 2023 interview with The Daily Dish.

“Currently, I’m in an internship with the Altman Brothers, because as of recently, I just got my real estate license. So I’m kind of exploring that field,” he told the outlet, per Bravo.

“He was our agent,” Nick explains of his history with Josh Altman, who sold his parent’s infamous Orange County home. “And it just became this thing where I’m like, ‘Huh, I’m getting my license. Maybe I can come intern with you.’”

Also in season 15, Flagg experiences a tinge of buyer's remorse after impulsively purchasing his childhood dream home sight unseen.

“It’s an Italian palladian home, look it up,” he says in a confessional. However, his mood changes once he finds out there are issues with the electrical wiring at the property.

“Well, this could be a problem,” he adds.

Meanwhile, Tutor has her hands full between rescuing first-time home buyers in the Valley, co-listing a property in the Beverly Hills Flats alongside Flagg while he jets off to Paris and encountering unexpected surprises at her penthouse listing in West Hollywood.
