Pamela Bradshaw of North Carolina also collapsed to the ground after the $1 million win.

Ryan Seacrest felt the love after announcing the first Powerball millionaire winner of 2024.

During ABC's telecast of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, the host invited five hopefuls onto the stage for a $1 million drawing. The winner was Pamela Bradshaw of North Carolina, who was so overcome with emotion that she collapsed onto the ground before hopping back up to shower a flustered Seacrest with an abundance of kisses.

"Pamela, North Carolina, first time here in New York City and you're walking away in the new year a millionaire!" Seacrest said.

"Thank you, God!" Bradshaw responded. "I'm so blessed."

Seacrest then thanked the other finalists, who had to lose out on $1 million on live television. "For those of you on stage who are not millionaires, you, uh… got to see the ball drop?" the host added. (womp womp.) "And Green Day is coming up, and Pamela may pass out."

Seacrest emceed the festivities from Times Square in New York with cohost Rita Ora, as well as Jeannie Mai reporting live from Los Angeles and Dayanara Torres from Puerto Rico. The telecast also featured performances by Megan Thee Stallion, Jelly Roll, Sabrina Carpenter, LL Cool J, Cardi B, Reneé Rapp, and NewJeans.

Seacrest has been hosting the telecast since 2006. "I'm so grateful that I stepped into this role because it was a tradition for me growing up and my family," he told EW back in 2022. "The idea for us is just to create a big party for people who don't want to go anywhere, who want to just relax, be in their homes, be with their families… that's what Dick told me all along: 'We're talking to people who are at home, but we bring the excitement to them through our show.'"
