Before joining Jax Media, Posch served as an exec producer and co-head Amy Poehler’s Paper Kite Productions and as a senior VP of programing at Comedy Central.

Posch’s credits include serving as an exec producer on “Broad City” (Comedy Central), “Difficult People” (Hulu), “A Black Lady Sketch Show” (HBO), Searchlight’s “Fire Island,” Disney’s “Wedding Season,” and Channel 4’s “Everyone Else Burns.” She also helped develop “Inside Amy Schumer” and “Russian Doll,” and has worked with talent including Abbi Jacobson, Amy Schumer, Robin Thede, Joel Kim Booster and Natasha Lyonne.

As for Kitziger, most recently the VP of film & TV at Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video, the exec has also worked with on projects including “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” and “The Path.” She also spent time at Quibi, working on shows including “Flipped” starring Will Forte & Kaitlin Olson, “Mapleworth Murders” starring Paula Pell, and Joel Kim Booster’s “Fire Island,” which was later turned into an Emmy-nominated feature at Hulu.
