Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner goes Instagram official with new man after Joe Jonas split

Game of Thrones actor Sophie Turner has taken to Instagram to go official with her new partner after her break up with husband Joe Jonas.

Turner posted a series of photos from a recent skiing trip, which included snaps of her and Peregrine Pearson on the slopes and on a ski lift. There were also pictures of Turner at an indoor pool and partying with pals.

The actress, who played Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, captioned the post: "Jägerbomb anyone?" Fans were quick to comment their happiness for Turner, with one writing: "Queen of the North."

Turner and Jonas split up in September 2023 when he filed for divorce. Turner soon after commented on the news, and wrote at the time, "After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to end our marriage."

"There are many speculative narratives as to why but, this is truly a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

Jonas then opened up about the divorce himself, explaining "It's been a crazy week. I just wanna say, look: If you don't hear it from these lips, don't believe it. Okay? Thank you, everyone, for your love and support. Me and my family love you guys."

Turner then sued Jonas over their children's custody as Turner alleged that Jonas had withheld their daughters' passports. They soon reached a temporary custody agreement for their kids, however, which will see their children split their time between both parents.

Also last year, Turner had an 80s makeover for her role in the ITV drama Joan. In the series, Turner will play notorious jewel thief Joan Hannington.

Game of Thrones seasons 1-8 are available on DVD and Blu-ray. House of the Dragon airs on HBO in the US, and on Sky Atlantic and NOW in the UK.
