Gamuda Land has partnered with Maybank under its HouzKEY home ownership plan, offering assistance to first and second home Malaysian buyers. Under this partnership, selected developments under Gamuda Land will enable greater flexibility and cash flow efficiency to home ownership, one of which is its Sabah high-rise development, Bukit Bantayan Residences (BBR).

For this homeownership financing solution, potential buyers are able to enjoy 100% financing with no down payment required. Potential buyers would only need to pay three months of security deposit and a low monthly payment when they move in.

Under the scheme, home seekers can move into a Gamuda Land property immediately, with the option to purchase the unit at a pre-determined price after five years.
