“Good Trouble” stars take us behind the scenes of the series finale

"It's the best group of people I've ever worked with," says Bryan Craig.

Good Trouble is preparing for its big farewell.

What started as a spinoff of The Fosters has turned into a wild adventure, following Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) and Callie (Maia Mitchell) for five seasons of friendship, love, and family. Now, as the Freeform series gets ready to say goodbye, EW has an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the filming of the series finale.

"To be a part of a TV legacy that has lasted for 10 years is so surreal," Ramirez says in the video, which you can watch below.

Ramirez's costar Bryan Craig, who plays Joaquin on the series, sums up his time on the show by saying, "It's the best group of people I've ever worked with, I think that I ever will." Craig and Ramirez are joined by Josh Pence, Emma Hunton, Zuri Adele, Sherry Cola, Tommy Martinez, and of course, Maia Mitchell in the featurette, as they all look back at their time together.

"I feel grateful I feel sad I feel excited for everyone for a new chapter," Mitchell says. "It's very bittersweet."

It's Ramirez who sums things up, by saying, "The work is never done. I feel like It's always necessary to stand up for others who don't necessarily have a platform and to get out there and get into good trouble."

The Good Trouble series finale airs Tuesday, March 5, at 9:30pm ET/PT on Freeform.
